PROJECT
Hampton Inn and Hilton Worldwide tasked Trendera with determining the best ways to appeal to the Millennial Generation in terms of hotel stay experience as well as marketing initiatives.

METHOD
Trendera used a multi-level approach which included a series of trend treks in key markets, ethnographies, a complete brand audit, social media review and landscape overview in order to identify key trends and create strategic ideas for the Hampton brand to engage Millennials while being authentic to their core brand characteristics.

RESULTS
Trendera provided Hampton with a complete road map to appeal to this next generation of consumers as well as strategic recommendations for their extended agency partners, which include their social media and advertising agencies.
